The Protocols Company operates under the UAE's Federal Decree-Law No. 38 of 2024, which governs the regulation of medical products including peptide-based therapies. All our operations comply with the Emirates Drug Establishment (EDE) guidelines and Dubai Health Authority (DHA) requirements.
DHA Physician Licensing
Every prescription issued through The Protocols Company comes from a physician licensed by the Dubai Health Authority (DHA) or the Department of Health (DOH) Abu Dhabi. Our physicians conduct secure online video consultations before prescribing any peptide therapy.
How Prescriptions Work
No peptide is dispensed without a valid prescription. After your consultation, your physician assesses your health profile, goals, and medical history to determine the most appropriate protocol. The prescription is issued same-day and is valid across the UAE.
