Supplements FAQ

Dosing

How much should I take?

Follow the serving shown on each product page and on the pack label. Do not exceed the stated daily serving. Most of our supplements are one serving a day.

Should I take supplements with food?

Most tablets, capsules and softgels are best taken with a meal. Fat soluble nutrients such as vitamin D3 and omega oils are usually taken with a meal that contains some fat.

What if I miss a day?

Simply continue with your usual serving the next day. Do not double up to make up for a missed serving.

How long before I notice a difference?

Food supplements work alongside your diet, sleep and training over weeks rather than days. Give a routine at least four to eight weeks of consistent use before reviewing it.

Interactions

Can I take supplements with my medication?

If you take any prescription medication, speak to your doctor or pharmacist before starting a new supplement. This is especially important for blood thinning, blood pressure, thyroid, diabetes and mood medications.

Can I combine different stacks?

Some products appear in more than one stack. If you combine stacks, check the ingredient list so you do not take the same product twice, and keep to one serving of each per day.

Can I take these alongside a peptide protocol?

Yes, many members do. Mention every supplement you take during your consultation so the medical team has the full picture.

Are any products best taken apart?

Zinc and magnesium are often taken at different times of day. Melatonin is taken in the evening only. Pre activity products such as L-citrulline are taken before training.

Side effects and safety

Are there side effects?

Most people tolerate these supplements well at the stated serving. Some may notice mild digestive discomfort. Taking products with food and starting with one new product at a time helps you notice how you respond. Stop use and seek advice if you feel unwell.

Can I use supplements if I am pregnant or breastfeeding?

Please speak to your doctor first. Several products, including ashwagandha, tongkat ali, ginseng, ginkgo, shilajit and melatonin, are not suitable during pregnancy or breastfeeding.

Are these suitable for under 18s?

Our supplements are intended for adults only.

Do supplements replace a balanced diet?

No. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.

How should I store them?

Keep in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and out of reach of children. Reseal powders after each use.
